Paano nga ba magfile ng complaint sa DTI: Know your consumer rights

Maraming nagtatanong kung ano ang gagawin kapag nakaencounter ng bogus buyer, manlolokong seller, defective products, paano daw pag internet, eh paano pag hindi makahulog sa motor sakop pa rin ba ito ng DTI?

Kadalasan ang nakikita naming problema ng mga mamimili or konsumer ay hindi na nila mahagilap ang seller after nito makuha ang pinaghirapang pera ng pobreng buyer. O kaya naman hirap na hirap si buyer na kumuha ng refund or exchange ng isang defective product na binenta or pinadala ni seller.
Sasabihin ni seller kasalanan yan ni courier. Ay magaling ano? parang mga bata lang ng nabasag ang pinakakamamahal na vase ng nanay eh biglang nagturuan.. Maling mali po ito, ang seller ang dapat manigurado na ang kanilang product ay nakablot mabuti at may proof sila na ito ay binalot ng maigi bago ito ipadala. Kung ikaw ay seller at ayaw mong ibalik sayo ang product mo na sira sira siguraduhing may picture ka kung gaano mo sinecure ang package para sa iyong mahal na seller. Bukod pa dyan ipadala ang picture sa seller or itago for future reference.
Masakit man tanggapin sa kasalukuyan wala pa pong batas talaga na angkop sa mga courier na hindi tumutupad sa kanilang tungkulin at walang malasakit sa kapwa nila at sa mga dala nilang items. Minsan mapapadasal ka na lang na wag sana sa kanila itong mangyari dahil di mo alam anong gagawin nila if ever.
As per DTI website, sila ay nakipagtulungan na sa ating mga senators at mambabatas na magcreate at magpasa ng batas tungkol dito.

Ang bawat reklamo ay may kanya kanyang sangay kung saan dapat ito ireklamo. Halimbawa:
Kung may reklamo ka sa produktong binili mo, defective, mali or hindi binigay ng seller eto ay pwedeng icomplaint sa DTI at sabihin sa kanila ang nature ng complaint.

Pagkatapos mong magpasa ng complaint, tiyakin na icheck ang iyong email araw-araw Lunes hanggang Biyernes dahil kung tama at kumpleto ang naipasa mong information they will contact you at magschedule ng hearing sa dalawang party. If may kulang sasabihin ka rin nila kung anong dapat pang gawin.
Kung ang complaint ay hindi ayon sa DTI or hindi para sa DTI, magsesend din sila ng email sayo para sabihin kung saan department ka dapat magemail at ilalagay din nila kung ano ang eksaktong email at maghihintay ka ng reply sa department na yun kung saan ka niredirect.
Sa kabuuan, madali lang ngunit kailangang magtiyaga ang bawat consumer na sa tingin nila ay nalabag ang kanilang karapatan bilang mamimili.
Upnag maiwasan din ang ganitong asunto sundin din po natin ang gabay ng DTI sa pagbili ng mga produkto online.

PCmover Easy Guide: Transfer programs, files and user profiles
- Laplink USB Cable 3.0 (from their website it costs $ 49.95 plus the additional shipping fee may take 5-7 days tops to be shipped. While Amazon costs $ 31.95 and possible that there is no shipping fee especially if you're an Amazon Prime user Laplink USB Cable: Get it from Amazon.
- You can also use an ethernet cable which is free when you purchase PCmover Ultimate. Ok let me give you a brief introduction as to what is PCmover Ultimate vs PCmover Professional, well they're not enemies actually .. Both of these versions uses PCmover Professional software. While PCmover Professional is a software (download version)

- If your OLD PC is already died (RIP) then you can also use a transfer method that needs to connect your OLD PC hard drive to the NEW PC. How to do that?
Now we have already discussed what is the transfer method you can choose from. We must know what are the things we needed to do before the transfer.
- folders and files that were saved in cloud storage like google drive, OneDrive, dropbox to name a few these files will not be transferred by PCmover since it is not residing to your PC locally. Hence, what you need to do if you have any files saved to either one of those.Is to log in to those cloud storage on the NEW PC to have those files to synch.
- PCmover will definitely deliver what we have promised which is to transfer programs to the NEW PC. However, there are factors that our customers need to consider, and what are those?- There are programs that are strongly protected by Digital rights management, hence even though PCmover moved it or tried to move it. It will not work properly after the transfer, PCmover will not be able to move it. This software needs to enter the license again on the NEW PC. which PCmover can't bypass and circumvent due to copyright protection and anti-piracy law.- Programs that are not compatible to new pc, like moving from 32Bit to 64 bit will not be moved.- OLD drivers, printers drivers, anti-virus, and firewall from the OLD PC are not included to the transfer as well.
- Microsoft Office and most licensed products can transfer over just fine. We cannot guarantee 100% perfect results for all scenarios but a lot of programs will be able to move and keep their license. You can work with the Tech Support program if the program doesn't run after the transfer.
